GRADE DEFINITION

We grade products on 2 major parameters, Internal and External.

Internal Parameters

Checking all the functional aspects of the phone, like the network, camera, lock, display.

External Parameters

Analyzing everything that you can physically see in a phone. It will essentially represent the exterior physical condition of the phones like scratches, bent frame, color loss, etc.

Our grading system is based on a simple concept of how to help you sell faster, while helping you identify the quality of the material.

Internal Grading of Devices

Grade Description
NLCD OK Works perfectly. The product has no issue related to Network, Lock, Camera Primary, Display, and it is ready to sell to the customer.
Battery Phones in this grade exclusively have a battery problem.
Bent Phones in this grade are bent or have a dent. In most cases, the phone works perfectly and is usable except for the physical issue.
Camera Major Phones in this grade have a major camera issue.
Camera Minor Phones in this grade have a minor camera problem. Although the camera is usable, it may malfunction at times.
Display OEM Phones in this grade have an OEM display. The display has no issues and works fine.
Display Minor Phones in this grade have a minor but acceptable issue in the display feature.
Display Replaced This phone has a major display issue, and in most cases will need a display repair service.
Display + Camera Major Phones in this grade have a display and camera issue.
Hard Phones in this grade don’t boot on the screen for two minutes or less. They may also present a dead restart in certain cases.
Lock Phones in this grade may have a brand account lock, user password, or any other kind of lock.
Multiple These phones have multiple issues.
Network These phones have one or all cellular network malfunctions.

External Grading of Devices

Grade Description
Nice Signs of usage are mildly visible. These may include one or more minor dents, scratches, and color loss.
Fair Signs of usage are clearly visible. These may include one or more major dents, scratches, color loss.
